Artist's Comments
An elaborately decorated cake I made based on Neon Genesis Evangelion. It is made of as follows:
-Chocolate cake with white icing. Albertson's printed on the Systema Sephiroticum. -Trix rednesses as the soul orb things in each Sephiroth. -Rice Krispy Treats covered in red icing for the cross in Terminal Dogma. -Marshmallows for Lilith, with a gumdrop mask and a Twizzler Spear of Longinus sticking into her. -Green hard candies melted down and formed into crosses to make those green crosses that fly around everywhere in End of Evangelion. -Most of the writing from the Artificial Evolution Laboratory written in blue icing. -Dark Chocolate Hershey's Bars as the SEELE monoliths, with their text written in red frosting. I think that's it. Note that this cake was made purely for NGE fandom and no sacrilege was intended. In before "TEH CAKE IS A LIE". That misspelling of "THE" was actually an accident, but I decided to leave it the way it was and then elaborate upon that in this subsequent sentence. |

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board.
